This shop features handmade works by me, Ashley Johns. I am a work at home mum with two children. I currently live in Cheshire, UK where I maintain a live/work space.
All my items are made entirely from start to finish in a smoke and pet free home.

PayPal is happily accepted! You may pay with PayPal, but I will SHIP TO the address on your Etsy account/ address on the etsy transaction page.

Credit cards processed directly though etsy are happily accepted! Your order will be shipped to the address you select / enter in your etsy account at check out!
I am happy to ship as a gift to a friend or family member but please be sure their address is the one given as the ship-to address and if you require any special notes to be added to the package please leave this info for me as well!

As the buyer you are responsible for making sure your shipping address is up to date in Etsy. I SHIP ALL ORDERS TO THE ADDRESS YOU LEAVE ON YOUR ORDER IN ETSY - NOT YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. To avoid any confusion it is best to make sure your address is the same in both places
I send everything within the UK via Royal Mail Second Class with delivery confirmation.
International shipping times vary by destination. It is sort of anyone's guess when an international package will arrive, usually it is within 2 weeks - HOWEVER all countries do things differently in customs and such so, let's leave some wiggle room just in case!
If an item has been delayed in arrival, please let me know! No refunds or replacements will be made until six weeks of non delivery from date of shipment has passed. This is because it can take up to six weeks for international orders to arrive at their destination due to customs and other such. And it might end up getting there safe and sound!
If an order within the UK goes off the radar, and 21 days have passed with no delivery I can offer you a refund or a replacement.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me! I might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so I can be better prepared in the future.
